If you opt in to receive text messages from SYNERGY, the following terms apply. Full terms are available at https://www.synergypartnergroup.com/sms-terms/

Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf — such as customer service platforms and messaging providers — is limited to those services and is subject to the restrictions in Section 5.
4. Legal Basis and Consent
We collect and process personal information based on your consent, our need to perform a contract or service you have requested, our legitimate business interests in operating and improving our services, and our obligation to comply with applicable law. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time as described in Sections 3 and 8.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers. We use vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, SMS message delivery, ticketing and support platforms, and remote monitoring tools. These providers may access personal information only as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
With your direction. We will share information with other parties when you ask us to do so.
As stated in Section 3, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any of these circumstances.
